The platform is available in Spanish, English and Italian, and the agents reply in the language they are written to. In emails and messages to clients they detect the recipient’s language and write in it, keeping your company’s tone of voice.

Each agent is an expert in its domain, with a mission, a specific set of tools and clear limits. When a task comes in, that department’s orchestrator distributes it, coordinates the agents needed and chains the steps until it is resolved. It’s «many in service of one»: many specialized pieces working as one, with direction and without noise.

Each client activates only the ones they need.

Yes. From the platform you can edit each agent’s mission, tone, rules and tools, and create new agents for a specific process. Changes apply without touching code, and every version of the behaviour is recorded so you can roll back.

How much autonomy do they have? Can I adjust it?

Yes, and it is one of the most important decisions. Every goal or flow carries an autonomy level from N0 to N3: at N0 AIRON proposes every step; at higher levels it chains low-risk internal work on its own and only brings you the relevant decisions, with a daily cap. At every level, anything that goes outward still requires human approval.

Does it learn from the way I work?

Yes. When you correct a draft, reject a proposal or flag something as off, AIRON stores that correction as a lesson and applies it from then on: tone, criteria, priorities, what it must not do again. That learning lives in your company’s space and your rules always take precedence over the product’s general best practices.

The orchestrators distribute and chain the work among the right agents even when a process touches several areas —for example an incident that starts in support, needs a billing detail and ends in a reply to the client— keeping consistency and a single chain of responsibility.

Which AI models does it use?

Several, from different providers, choosing the most suitable one for each function: drafting an email is not the same as classifying a request or generating a report. The model layer is configurable and tuned with evaluations on real cases, so one model can be swapped for another without rebuilding the product.

The voice assistant lets you dictate and hold a conversation when your hands are busy.

Yes. It cross-references data from your connectors, writes the conclusions in plain language and delivers the result as a PDF in your format, as a spreadsheet or as an interactive card inside the chat. Recurring reports can be scheduled so they reach the right people on their own.

Can it search and research on the internet?

Yes. Beyond one-off searches, it has a deep research mode that plans the search, reads full pages, cross-checks sources and delivers a report with citations. A validator checks that every claim has its source: if it cannot back a claim, it says so instead of filling the gap.

Yes. AIRON indexes the documentation you authorize —your Drive, for example— and answers citing which document each fact comes from. The search is scoped to your company: an agent can never retrieve another client’s documents.

Yes: drafts of social posts, images generated from your description, and web pages or pieces from a natural-language request. Everything starts as a proposal: you review it and, if it needs to go public, it goes through approval before being published.

Yes, that is one of its core functions. It periodically reviews your data —campaigns, website, search, CRM, boards— and raises signals when something falls outside its historical range: a campaign spiking, a traffic drop, customers with no contact, overdue invoices. Each alert arrives with its evidence and a proposed action; it never executes anything on its own.

The catalog watches over 40 signals across your connectors and more than 20 patterns that cross several of them at once (for example, ad spend rising while measurement is broken). Every signal carries a type —opportunity, risk, weakness or anomaly—, a confidence level and the evidence with the exact query it came from. Without evidence, nothing is published.

What is a Goal and how does it measure progress?

A goal is a measurable target with a date («recover organic traffic before December»). AIRON generates the strategy, breaks it into milestones and actions, and measures progress with real data from your connectors, not with estimates. A signal can be turned into a goal in one click: the starting point and the target are pre-filled from the evidence.

What happens if data is missing for a goal?

It says so. If a key result has no connected source it shows as «no source connected», and the goal declares its coverage and confidence separately from the progress percentage. «Insufficient data» is a valid state: we would rather you know what cannot be measured than show you a pretty made-up number.

How do I know whether an action actually worked?

Accepted Answer

Before an action runs, it declares what should move, in which direction and within what time frame. When the measurement window closes, the result is compared net of the trend you already had, so nothing takes credit it did not earn. If the effect cannot be told apart from noise, the report marks it as inconclusive.

Who decides which goals get pursued?

You do. Goals are defined by you or proposed by AIRON from a signal, but they are only created once you confirm. You can edit them, change their targets —leaving the reason on record—, pause them or close them at any time, and review the full timeline of what happened in each one.

What is a flow and how is it built?

A flow is a sequence of steps that fires on its own: an incoming email, a scheduled time, a Stripe payment, an event from your ERP. You build it on a visual canvas by picking triggers, conditions and actions from a closed, validated catalog, without writing code. There are templates by category so you don’t start from scratch.

Can I test a flow safely before activating it?

Yes, and it is the recommended path. Every flow starts as a draft and runs first in simulation: you see step by step what it would do and with what data, with no external effect at all. You only activate it once the result convinces you.

It is designed not to leave things half-done or duplicate work: retries are idempotent (repeating a step never re-sends what was already sent), loops are bounded and waits can last days without losing the thread. Every run is logged step by step so it can be reviewed.

Only if you decide so, and even then anything going outward passes through the approval gate you defined. Each flow has its own autonomy level and its scope is limited to your company’s connectors; a flow can never touch another client’s data.

There are two paths. The first is connecting an MCP server: an open standard that lets new tools be registered on the fly, without waiting for a product release. The second is building the connector for you; the catalog grows precisely with clients’ real needs. Tell us which one it is and we’ll look into it.

Do I have to change my processes or my tools?

No. AIRON integrates on top of what already works instead of replacing it: it adapts to the way you work and starts adding value to your current processes. If one day you stop using a tool, you disconnect it and that’s it.

How do I connect my accounts and who stores the credentials?

Accepted Answer

Most services connect through the provider’s own authorization button (OAuth), without giving us your password; others use an API key that you enter yourself. Credentials are stored encrypted and tied exclusively to your company, and you can revoke access whenever you want from the provider or from the connectors screen.

What permissions do you request on my accounts?

The minimum required for the function you are enabling, and read access comes first by default. Outbound writes —publishing, sending, changing a campaign, creating an invoice— sit behind an explicit authorization and an approval gate, and several start in simulation mode until you validate them.

Where can I use AIRON?

Across four surfaces: the panel and the client portal in the browser; the chat and the voice assistant; the Chrome extension, which operates with your own session on websites and dashboards that have no API; and the Excel extension, to ask for things in natural language over the range you select. It can also notify you and take orders through Telegram.

Yes. The portal is responsive and works in the mobile browser, there is an Android app, and you can use Telegram as a channel to check and approve on the go.

No. The model is propose, approve, execute: AIRON prepares the work, but sensitive actions —sending an email or a message to a client, publishing, changing a campaign— wait for your sign-off. You define what runs on its own and what goes through approval. The core isn’t the machine: it’s your judgment.

What traceability do I have of what it does?

Complete. Every action is logged and auditable: what was done, when, with what information, which agent proposed it and who approved or rejected it. Rejections with a reason are stored too, because those are what teach the system. Nothing happens in a black box.

Each client has its own space and every query —including document search and memory— filters by that space before returning anything; if the filter cannot be applied, the query fails instead of over-returning. Agents only access the information needed for the task they are solving.

It is defined by roles. The client portal applies restrictive permissions by default: each user only sees the data, the approvals and the screens for their company and their role. You can have profiles that only consult and profiles that approve, and adjust who receives what.

AIRON TEAM SL is a Spanish company and processes data in accordance with the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD; the specific processing terms are set out in the contract and the data processing agreement. Regarding the EU AI Act, AIRON is designed as a limited-risk system and that classification is protected by automated controls: if anyone tried to add a capability that pushed it into high risk, the system blocks it until the corresponding conformity file is opened.

Do you use my company’s data to train models?

What AIRON learns from your operations —tone, criteria, corrections, business memory— lives in your company’s space and is applied to your company. AIRON does not build its own language models: it uses providers’ models through their interfaces. The permitted uses of your data and the guarantees with providers are set out in writing in the contract and the data processing agreement; if you need specific restrictions, they are agreed there before anything is connected.

What if the AI gets something wrong or makes it up?

It is tackled from three angles. First, figures come from your connectors with their source and period, and if the data isn’t there the system says so instead of estimating it. Second, anything going outward passes through a person. Third, behaviour is put through automated tests on real cases before every change, and your corrections become rules so a mistake doesn’t repeat.

Can I stop AIRON at any time?

Yes. You can reject a specific action, lower the autonomy of a goal or a flow, disable an agent or a connector, or halt operations entirely. Changes apply immediately and are recorded.

You revoke access from your own providers, the connectors are disconnected and the data in your space is deleted along with everything associated to it —goals, memories, encrypted credentials—.
