1. What are cookies and equivalent technologies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device to save and retrieve information. This policy also covers equivalent technologies with the same function, such as local storage (localStorage/sessionStorage), pixels or device identifiers.
2. Regulatory framework
- Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), which requires consent for the use of non-exempt data storage and retrieval devices.
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) when cookies process personal data.
- Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and the AEPD's Guide on the use of cookies.
- Case law of the CJEU (case C-673/17, 'Planet49'): consent must be free, specific, informed and unambiguous, by means of an affirmative action, without pre-ticked boxes.
3. Who uses the cookies?
The owner of the site is AIRON TEAM SL. Cookies may be first-party (managed by us) or third-party (managed by providers). To date we do not use third-party cookies.
4. Types of cookies according to their purpose
- Technical or necessary: essential for the operation of the site or to provide a service requested by the user. Exempt from consent.
- Preference or personalisation: they remember options such as the visual theme or the language. When they respond to functionality requested by the user, they are exempt.
- Analytics or measurement: they allow measuring the use of the site in aggregate form. They require consent.
- Marketing or behavioural advertising: they track browsing to personalise ads. They require consent.
5. Current status of this site
This site does not install analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only storage
technology we use is a first-party, technical localStorage item, named theme, whose sole
purpose is to remember your light or dark mode preference. As it responds to functionality that you request, it
is exempt from the consent duty in accordance with art. 22.2 LSSI-CE and the AEPD Guide, and does not involve
tracking or transfer of data to third parties.

If in the future we incorporate analytics cookies or others that are not exempt, we will update this inventory with their name, provider, purpose, duration and international transfers, and we will enable the consent mechanism.
7. Legal basis
Technical and preference technologies requested by the user are based on their functional necessity (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). Any non-exempt cookie (analytics or marketing) will be based on your prior, informed and unambiguous consent.
8. Consent management
As long as the site does not use non-exempt cookies, no consent banner is displayed. If we were to incorporate them, before installing them we would display a panel that would allow you to accept, reject or configure by category, with the same ease to reject as to accept, and you could revoke your decision at any time from the panel itself.
9. How to manage or delete the storage
You can delete local storage and cookies from your browser settings:
Deleting the theme item will simply make the site reapply the default system theme.
