These Terms and Conditions (the 'Conditions') govern the access to and use of the website of AIRON TEAM SL. They are conditions of the website: the contracting of the AIRON platform by clients is governed by its own service agreement.

2. Definitions
- Site: the set of pages, content and services accessible under the domain airon.team.
- Content: texts, designs, code, trademarks, images and other elements of the Site.
- User: whoever accesses or uses the Site, whether a consumer or a professional.
3. Acceptance and validity
Access to, browsing or use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Conditions in the version published at any given time. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site. The owner may update them to adapt them to legal, technical or product changes; the version in force will always be the one published on this page.
4. Purpose of the Site
The purpose of the Site is informational and commercial in relation to intelligent operations solutions with AI, and it enables contact, demo request and subscription forms. Unless expressly indicated, the information published does not constitute a binding contractual offer or a guarantee of universal availability of functionalities.
5. Registration, forms and communications
- You undertake to provide truthful, up-to-date and complete information, and to keep it so.
- The use of false identities or third-party data without authorisation, or the submission of unlawful, defamatory or malicious content, is prohibited.
- The owner may decline to attend to requests that are manifestly fraudulent, abusive or contrary to the law.
6. Permitted and prohibited use
Legitimate personal or professional use of the Site in accordance with its purpose is permitted. The following, among other conduct, is prohibited:
- To access or attempt to access without authorisation restricted areas or internal systems.
- To introduce malware, malicious scripts or techniques that alter, damage or overload the Site.
- To carry out reverse engineering, mass scraping or systematic extraction of Content without legal or contractual authorisation.
- To use the trademark or the Content of AIRON without prior written authorisation.
- Any use contrary to the law, good faith or public order.
7. Intellectual and industrial property
The Content is protected by intellectual property rights (RLD 1/1996) and industrial property rights (Law 17/2001, on Trademarks), owned by AIRON TEAM SL or by licensed third parties. Browsing does not grant a licence of use beyond the normal consultation of the Site and the uses permitted by law.
8. Availability and suspension of the service
The owner may temporarily suspend the Site for maintenance, security or force majeure reasons, as well as limit or block access in response to improper uses or risks to the platform, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
9. Warranties and liability
The owner makes reasonable efforts towards the availability, security and accuracy of the Content. To the extent permitted by law:
- It does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absolute absence of errors.

10. Consumers
If you use the Site as a consumer, these Conditions apply without prejudice to the rights granted to you by consumer regulations, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and Law 7/1998, on General Contracting Conditions. The Site does not market products or services online, so the right of withdrawal does not apply; the contracting of the AIRON platform is formalised through a specific agreement.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy; the use of cookies, by the Cookie Policy; and the accessibility commitment, by the Accessibility Statement.
12. Force majeure
The owner will not be liable for breaches arising from causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond its reasonable control (supply, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, etc.).
13. Assignment, partial invalidity and integrity
The user may not assign their position without the owner's consent. If any clause turns out to be invalid or ineffective, the rest will remain fully in force. These Conditions, together with the referenced legal texts, constitute the agreement regarding the use of the Site.
14. Dispute resolution and applicable law
These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may resort to the European online dispute resolution platform (Regulation (EU) 524/2013): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals competent in accordance with the law, respecting the venue legally corresponding to the consumer.
