2. Purpose and acceptance

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the services and solutions of AIRON and to enable channels for commercial contact, demo requests and subscription to informational communications. Browsing the site grants the condition of user and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice in the version published at any given time. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the site is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network of the provider contracted by the user. Access to certain content or services may require registration or identification.

The reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication, making available, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, of the content without the prior written authorisation of the owner is prohibited, except in the cases permitted by law. The 'AIRON' trademark and its distinctive signs may not be used without consent.

6. Liability and warranties

The owner adopts reasonable measures to ensure that the information on the site is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the service. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for:

  • Interruptions, delays, errors or failures in access to or operation of the site.
  • Damages arising from improper use of the site or from the presence of viruses or other elements in the user's systems beyond the owner's diligence.

The owner may modify this Legal Notice and the presentation, configuration and content of the site to adapt them to regulatory, technical or operational changes, as well as suspend or terminate its provision. The date of update will be reported where appropriate.

11. Dispute resolution

If you are a consumer, we inform you of the existence of the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (Regulation (EU) 524/2013), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Partial invalidity and language

If any clause of this Legal Notice is declared null or ineffective, the rest will remain valid and will be interpreted respecting the intended purpose. The Spanish version prevails over any translation.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent in accordance with applicable regulations, respecting, where the user is a consumer, the venue legally corresponding to them.
